Stavros Niarchos Foundation funded the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, offering bounteously a hub that host National Library of Greece and the Greek National Opera while the 210,000 m² Stavros Niarchos Park extends to a magnificent setting.
Designed to effectively offer an open space that encourages cooperative learning and interaction, the Library features an astonishing array of collections divided into categories that cater to specific age groups. To that end, the nationwide digitization project offers easy access to the Library’s various collections.
The Greek National Opera is now hosted in the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center. Within its exquisite premises, experimental projects, educational programs and an intriguing array of performances are accommodated.
