Easter is one of Greece's most important religious holidays and is celebrated throughout the country. Traditionally, Easter marks the end of a 40-days Lent so food, is critical to the celebrations.
We of course take Easter very seriously and even more seriously our guests' appetite.
Our gastronomic journey starts on Holy Saturday at Lutetia Bistro from 21:00 until post-mass (last sitting, 00:30).
An exquisite set menu featuring the famous "Magiritsa", a traditional dish that's been cooked only once a year, followed by juicy, French cut lamb chops, crispy salad of the freshest organic ingredients and finishing up with creamy galaktobureko.
On Easter Sunday, our ovens are set to work. The garden by the pool, covered in spring colours will be more than ready to host families and friends. Red eggs lined up for some serious cracking contest, great international and greek wines, spirits and a rich buffet with numerous traditional flavours compose a truly exuberant celebration.
